We currently offer shipping to all locations within the United States and internationally to over 200 countries. If you are located in a remote or restricted area, additional shipping charges or delivery delays may apply.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on the destination and shipping method selected.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be offered on select items or for orders over a certain amount, as advertised.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package using the provided link or tracking number directly on the carrier’s website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, file a claim.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for insurance purposes.
8. Address Corrections
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses once an order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
9. International Shipping
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Delivery Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
